Troubles
( July 2nd, 2008 | 0 comments )We updated some stuff at our servers today which we kind of underestimated. However we ended up with about an hour of non-accessibility.
Sorry folks!
Great Britain burns!
( May 18th, 2008 )About one third of the walls added at legal-walls.net are located in Great Britain. Wow! Thanks to the second news entry on hurtyoubad.com this weekend no less than 10 walls have been added on Europes largest island. That’s a good occasion to take a closer look to some of the walls there…
Riverside park in Bristol

A quick search on flickr reveals quite a lot of photos. Definitively worth checking out!

100 (in words: one hundred)
( April 15th, 2008 )Today we reached the magic number of 100 walls!
Wow, what an eventful time so far… We launched at the beginning of this month and two weeks later the response is by far greater than we expected. Thanks to all of you who contributed walls and comments, to all of you who wrote about us and to all of you who visited this site!
All of this is only possible through you
Improvements
( April 9th, 2008 )We made some small improvements today. The most obvious one is that overlapping markers are now being grouped for better clearness. Moreover there are tooltips when the mouse is placed over a walls marker.

We hope y’all like it.
Our flickr group
( April 6th, 2008 )If you’re on flickr, join our flickr group!
Add your legal graffiti flix (please tag and geotag them) to the pool. That way we will be able to display photos of the walls listed here in the future.
New walls
( April 6th, 2008 )In the last days, some great spots all over the world have been added. Namely in Sweden, Italy, France (not confirmed that it’s legal) and Australia.
We found some pics, we didn’t want to keep back from you.

Why we created legal-walls.net
( April 5th, 2008 )We’d like to introduce you to our latest project www.legal-walls.net
We always felt like finding walls to paint in foreign countries we visited is kind of a pain in the ass. If you don’t know any locals you’re kind of screwed because the information you can get up-front mostly sucks.
That’s why we decided to create a web application facing that problem. No more vague directions, no more outdated information.

We are currently at a very early state (specially in terms of content). So feel free to submit the spots you visited. We need your backing!
If you like our idea, please link to us. We could use some publicity and would be glad about any kind of support. Don’t hesitate to tell us what you think or contact us to get more info.
